PAST & FUTURE
The Friends of Jordan Run & Walk, previously the Friends of Jordan 5k & Kids' Run, completed it's third and final year on October 10, 2015. Jordan Janeway, a 9-mon. old who passed away from Severe Combined Immunodeficiency, received the benefits of the 2013 event, and he became the namesake. In 2014, the event sponsored Dalton Reno of Salem, a 2-yr. old living with the same disease Jordan passed from. This year, the Friends of Jordan Run & Walk sponsored Marshall and his family. Marsall was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) in April 2015. He is well on his way to recovery, but he has three more years of chemotherapy and other treatments ahead of him. That means that almost all of the income to this event goes directly to the family that we're supporting!
